Verdict
The Ineaquidens (agave ineaquidens) bottle trio from the Jaramillos is a conceptual flight, same varietal, same producer, different flavor emphases. The Frutal is the friendliest of the three and the easiest entry point. It's also the one that flirts closest with commercial smoothness, though at 46-47% it never tips over. Buy the set if you can; drink them in order.
A Michoacán agave solving for dessert without becoming it
Tasting notes
Nose: Cooked stone fruit, cacao nib, green fig, warm pepper
Palate: 46-47% – the Oponguio Ineaquidens expressions are distilled to emphasize a different aromatic mode each time, and this one lands on fruit; the agave's green-savory side stays present, but it's riding under a dense stone-fruit top
Finish: Warm, sweet-savory. Long
The bottom line
The easiest entry of the three. Start of the Ineaquidens triptych
